If there's already a Vooks account on your email (even one from an old free trial), the educator signup can't convert it, and you may see a message that your email is already in use. We can switch it for you:
- Submit a ticket using the email address on your Vooks account.
- Tell us which plan you'd like: $24.99/year or $4.99/month.
- If you currently pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel that subscription first so you aren't charged twice. Apple: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
We'll set it up on our end and email you when it's done.
